Dear Saints of Freedom and Liberty:
Last night's meeting in Belfast, Northern Ireland was one of the most
incredible meetings I have even seen the Holy Spirit orchestrate.
The meeting was held in Bangor outside of Belfast. Bangor was once the site
of the largest monastery in Ireland. Over 3,000 monks participated in
24-hour prayer and worship which went on uninterrupted for 150 years.
However, at the third ransacking of Bangor by the Vikings, 900 monks were
killed and the continual worship was stopped. The night before the Celtic
Wildfire Conference began, there was a prayer meeting on the grounds of the
monastery. Nine people of Viking descent actually traveled to this meeting
and repented for the atrocity of their ancestors. They also blessed the work
of the Lord in Northern Ireland.

TO DECLARE A RELEASE OVER THE CELT PEOPLE
=========================================
The Celtic Wildfire Conference had about 1,000 attendants. Kevin and
Rosemary Sambrook from N. Ireland along with Carl Brettle from Wales joined
together to gather individuals from the world to declare a release of God's
Glory in the Celt people. Catherine Brown, a prophetic voice from Scotland,
and Sue Mitchell from England also represented leadership from Great Britain
in this particular gathering.
God began to do an incredible work. During the worship on Friday night, the
Spirit of God began to speak. Dr. Sharon Stone was the speaker for this
night. She spoke a wonderful message from 2 Kings 2 on how Elisha kept
following so the mantle of God could be passed properly and the work of God
in Israel continue. She encouraged the leaders and the Celt people attending
to keep moving no matter what and to resist every voice that would try to
stop them from pursuing after God. All during this time God had been
speaking to me, and I had written these words down. Sharon called me up at
the end and asked me to release a prophetic word.

REWINDING THE CLOCK OF TIME
============================
Here is the prophetic word that was given. . . "Because you have been
praying for this gathering, may the Spirit of God speak this word into your
heart over some issues that He is attempting to reveal His Glory to you and
your area. So many of you have a Celtic inheritance. . .
"I am rewinding the clock of time. I am rewinding the clock of time. I am
rewinding the clock of time. This rewinding will restore a sound that was
missed in the generations that have gone before. It sounded at times, but
never came into the fullness of sound that I have purposed. It is a sound of
Freedom and Liberation. It is a sound of Unity. This sound will cause the
seeds of My covenant purposes to Unite, for there is a sound of war in the
heavenlies over the Celtic peoples.
"When this war descends into the earthly plane, My people will lay down
their weapons that have been used to target each other and pick up new
weapons that will help them stand in the days of adversity that are ahead.
There is a worshiping power in these lands that has been seeded deep
throughout time. So I am rewinding the clock to bring forth the deep sound
of worship that will confront this sound of war. For the worship of the
Celtic people is filled with confrontational victory.

BOWL HAS BEEN FILLING FOR CENTURIES
====================================
"There is a bowl over this land that has been filling for centuries. This
cry of My people will cause the bowl to fill to the rim. Cry out now and
fill the bowl. The ethnic destiny of this People lies in the balance at this
time. Cry out so that the bowl is filled and poured out. These three days
are filling days. They are opening days. For there is a door in heaven that
must open for Me to pour the bowl. The sound is causing the door of heaven
that has been sealed to open.
"The pouring of the Bowl will cause the floodgates to be opened to My
purposes being fulfilled. So allow the sound to arise, and blend among the
nation. Do not allow national barriers to stop this sound arising in My
Celtic people. If you will allow this sound to arise, the sound will
overcome that which is determined to stop My move in days ahead. Allow this
sound to arise and allow it to shake the earth. For this sound is seeded now
throughout the earth that resides in My Celtic people. Let the sound begin.
Let the door open. Let the gates shake. Let the harvest that has never been
gathered begin to come into the storehouse.
"Let the sound begin. There is a cadence in the heavens. There is a cadence
in the heavens. There is a cadence. Let the cadence in My Celtic people
align with the sound that is beginning in the heavens. Let their cadence
align with My cadence and then what has been a wall of separation will fall
and a wall of fire will surround. Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire! Fire!

NATIVE AMERICANS BLESSING IRELAND
==================================
On Saturday, Carl Brettle shared the importance of connecting. Then Sue
Mitchell began to share from the book of Judges concerning the redemptive
Glory that was lost and had to be recovered by God's covenant people,
Israel. She used the first five judges to show what they recovered. There
were many other teachings and releases throughout the day. Then she applied
this to the Celtic people. Saturday night we all came with great expectancy
.
Three Native American leaders from Canada were also present. They honored
the leaders of the conference. Chief Kenny and Louise Blacksmith and Chief
Linda Prince exchanged gifts with the leaders from Belfast. Chief Blacksmith
said that God had sent him to "uncap" revival in Ireland.

"PLEASE UNCAP REVIVAL"
=======================
An interesting chain of events orchestrated by the Holy Spirit began to
occur. I had been given a bottle of water with the label of "Revival" on it.
This water is bottled in Lufkin, Texas. I believe someone from Oklahoma gave
me the bottle of water. I had carried this bottle of water around for a
year. I would start to pull it out to use it as a prophetic act, and the
Spirit of God would stop me. So I just kept it in my suitcase. Before the
meeting, the Holy Spirit impressed me to take it with me to the meeting that
night.
The bottle was beat up, but it had never been uncapped. I went forward and
presented the bottle of water to Chief Blacksmith and said, "Please uncap
revival." He took the bottle of water, held it up, opened it and declared
revival uncapped in Ireland and the Celt people. The place erupted! It was
as if the Spirit of God took over the meeting.
Lindelle Cooley, the conference worship leader from Brownsville, went down
under the power of the Holy Spirit, so God orchestrated the worship. I went
forward and led in the declarations of RESTORING THE FORTUNES AND BREAKING
OFF CAPTIVITY of the Celt people.

OPENING THE GATES OF THE CELT PEOPLE
=====================================
They had brought iron gates to represent the gates of the Celt people
opening to the King of Glory. The PROCESSION OF GOD BROKE OUT! You have
never seen anything like that. It was totally ordered, but powerful. We
constantly made declarations as God sent the musicians through the gates
first, then the dancers, then the leaders and the people of God. The
children were ecstatic. I had the leadership set two fire banners on the
other side of the gate.
Then our team formed a fire tunnel of the anointing for those who passed
through the gates. God's Glory was present in the place. After everyone went
through, Sharon Stone tied the gates shut and declared that the Church in
these nations could not back up, but had to go forward.
Keep praying! The statement was made that nothing like this had ever been
held in Northern Ireland. Pray that the leadership know how to keep moving.
I am sure that religious spirits would not want to see the Church come into
its freedom and liberty for this hour.
