Dear Friends:
I hope you are doing well and prospering at this intersection of your life.
God is saying two things to me as I pray for you: While in San Jose,
California ministering the Spirit of God said, "I AM READY TO RESTORE THE
FORTUNES OF MY PEOPLE." The other thing I hear the Spirit of God saying is,
"GET YOUR SHIELD OF FAITH IN PLACE." This is a difficult month of ministry,
travel and mission involvement. I need your prayers.
We are coming out of wilderness of lack. However, during our wilderness
time, the enemy has gained access to many of us, and robbed, plundered, and
hoarded what belongs to God's covenant people. The strongman has captured
the goods of many and has them stored and locked in his house.
Jesus says, "It is time to plunder the rooms of the strongman" (Matthew 12:
25-30). As the Lord brings us into this supernatural dimension of
revelation, we will be able to unlock what has been taken and held in the
enemy's camp. This includes strength that was stolen during our times of
infirmity, wealth stolen during our times of disobedience and poverty, and
keys to build what God would have built in our life at this time.
I want to suggest that you read Deuteronomy 8. Memorize verse 18: "And you
shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you POWER to get
WEALTH, that He may ESTABLISH His COVENANT which He swore to your fathers,
as it is this day." If we are really going to see the Kingdom advance, we
must understand and enter into this type of praying and faith dimension

Restoring Your Fortunes
------------------------
I continue to pray for the harvest fields as they ripen. I also pray that we
have the necessary wealth to establish His covenant and harvest these
fields.
As we enter this season on harvest, I hear the Lord saying: "I want to
restore your fortunes and release your provision." To restore your fortune
is to turn away your captivity of exile; it means to break the confinement
or prison type of poverty that the enemy has placed upon you, and return you
to a former state of prosperity.
The word restore means to bring back to life. Throughout the word of God, we
see Him breaking individuals out of captivity and releasing fortune to them.
This gives them access to the storehouse of treasures that will allow them
to accomplish God's purpose for their lives. We find several individuals in
the Bible to whom God restored their fortunes in various ways.
Joseph goes from slavery and imprisonment to being Prime Minister,
controlling all the finances of Egypt. David moves from being a shepherd boy
to a king. Mordecai and Esther have a death sentence against them, but turn
that death sentence into the overthrow of their enemies. Job is stripped of
all he has, to later receive double of all that he had lost. Daniel enters
into the abundance of supernatural revelation in his captivity, consequently
becoming the greatest influencer in the nation of Babylon. We see Paul
breaking out of the captivity of religion and influencing the Gentiles to
receive the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. With these patterns and
models of faith before us, it is time for our restoration.
Many times the enemy will plot, plan and strategize to take what you have--
so you are left in a desolate, barren type of lifestyle. His real wile is to
bring you into a place of discouragement and captivity. Going into this last
quarter of the year, and actually the beginning of the year 2003 in God's
Biblical time table, declare that your fortunes will be restored.

10 DAYS OF DECLARING RESTORATION
---------------------------------
Day 1: Declare that He will restore your Father-child relationship (Mal. 4).
Day 2: Declare that He will restore your child-like faith (Mat. 18:1-4; John
13:1-17; Mat. 19:13-15).
Day 3: Declare that He will restore your broken relationships with others so
that you can move on with no reproach over your life (Gal. 6:1-5; Mat
5:23-26).
Day 4: Declare that He will restore your freedom. Freedom means the
unshackling of your hands so they prosper (Gal. 5; Jer. 40:4).
Day 5: Declare that He will restore your place or position. The enemy loves
to move us from our abiding place or our place of prosperity. So declare
that your feet get planted in THE PLACE that God has especially planned for
you (Jer. 27, especially vs. 22).
Day 6: Declare that He will restore your health, strength, and joy (Jer.
30:17; Ps. 51:12; Prov. 17:22; Neh. 8).
Day 7: Declare that He will restore your emotions, mind and will so that no
LACK can come nigh your dwelling place (Ps. 23).
Day 8: Declare that prodigals that you know and that have a relationship to
your life be restored back to God's Kingdom (Luke 15).
Day 9: Declare that every portion that you have been given and allotted, all
of your inheritance, come into a new
fullness (Ps. 16).
Day 10: Declare that all captivity in your life break (Job 42).
