Dear ELIJAH LIST READERS,

As hard as it is to believe, the Scripture not only tells you to not despise prophesying (and yes, this is New Testament) but it tells you to COVET -- to EARNESTLY DESIRE to prophesy yourself!!!

It's the one gift you are commanded to want, when you see someone else having that gift! You should WANT what they have, and it's not a sin to want it. Odd, isn't it?

Do you see others prophesying and wish desperately you could to that? If so, you are obeying the Holy Spirit to Covet what others can do with prophesying.

But don't take MY WORD for it. Hear it, read it in the word. This month's PROPHETIC TAPES OF THE MONTH include instruction on this and also teaches HOW you can begin to prophesy-- just because you want to.

Did you know we are actually COMMANDED to COVET to prophesy? God would not command us to COVET that which we could not get more of by desiring it more. Do you wish desperately that you could prophesy like that person you see prophesying? Then in so "wishing" -- you are specifically obeying the Word of God. COVET to prophesy. Do you want to be close to God? Jim shares how to be close to God is to get close to the things that are in the middle of His heart. Like John the beloved the intercessors listen to what beats in the heart of God.

Jim looks at the different type of prayer anointings or graces as he calls them. Like Specialty doctors will specialize in a specific area, but when the need arises they will jump in where ever it is needed. They are generally moved more strongly and regularly in a specialized area. So those with the different areas of grace or anointing will tend to operate in the same fashion in prayer. You will find it helpful to identify your own strength

If we learn how to kneel we will have the grace to stand.
