SPIRITUAL CAVE-IN and "YOU ASK, 'WHY SO LONG, LORD?'"

While praying recently I saw a "spiritual cave-in" take place in the Body of Christ. I just knew all of a sudden many of God's people were trapped beneath circumstances that had caved in upon them with overwhelming force. These who were trapped beneath this cave-in were seemingly separated from God. These ones were absolutely powerless to do anything for themselves but to cry out hoping against hope to be rescued. They were not all in the same cave-in area, but each one was separately in their own entrapment seemingly cut off from the rest of the Body of Christ.

Some were ready and on the verge of giving up and despairing of life itself. They could not seem to live but neither could they die. This cave-in had buried them alive.

"TELL THEM, THOUGH THEY CANNOT SEE ME, I STILL SEE THEM."

I heard the Lord speak concerning these desperate ones... "Tell these people though they cannot see Me now, I still see them. Though they cannot hear Me now, I still hear them and their cries. Though it seems I have forgotten them and not answered and they don't understand what has happened, I know where they are and the condition they are in and My eyes are upon them this very moment more than any other time in their life."

I then saw the hand of God begin to move very slowly downward towards the cave-ins... so slow that many could not notice God's hand moving at all. But it was moving... ever so slow, but ever so sure. It seemed God was saying that this rescue will not be in a sudden, instant moment of Divine intervention, but little by little and gradually as God's Almighty Hand moves and pushes back the powers of darkness, the rescue will unfold.

MANY WANTED THEIR DELIVERANCE "NOW"

The frustration of many wanting their deliverance or answer now and not seeing God do it when they think He should, is causing them to sink down further in unbelief and causing their hearts to harden against the Lord, their only way out.

The Lord was saying, "Tell them to harden not their hearts, for My ways are not their ways, nor My timing their timing, They must be still and cease from striving and know that I am God and that I am going to bring them out! Be patient in tribulation for in patience you shall possess your souls."

God's Hand is moving slowly, but it is moving surely ... right towards you! Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. God's Hand is coming not to just move in circumstances and troubles, but to lay hold upon you to touch , to change, and embrace, to bring you up out with His Right Hand of Righteousness around you!

"You ask, why so long? I tell you I am never late...seldom early... but always on time. What I do now you do not understand, but you will know later. Trust Me!"
