Chuck Pierce has a record of many accurate prophetic words over cities, states, and countries. This word regarding Hail in Texas is quite interesting. It was given some 10 days ago on June 20. You will see by the note below that the Hail that was prophesied is beginning to happen. But read the full word. There is much more than just a prophecy about hail in Texas. Hi Steve:

I have received numerous reports from all over Austin regarding prayer ministries and their response as it hailed this past Wednesday night in Austin. Tonight (Monday) I am receiving emails from intercessors in El Paso Texas (way out west on the Mexican border) that El Paso received hail last night. They used the prophetic words from Chuck as strategy and declaration for the entire city. Something really seems to be going on. Hail comes to Texas in April and May but seldom in June ......almost never in July or August. NOW...there is very heavy rain in San Antonio....up IH35 through San Marcos (where I live) and up the 25 miles north to Austin ......there is very heavy flooding all around. THAT is not quite so unusual for this region but is unusual for the timing. My point I guess Steve is that there are probably a lot of people in Texas that have not received or been made aware of the prophetic word about hail in Texas...so just giving you my perspective as one who travels full time... mostly in Texas!!

TRANSCRIPTION OF CHUCK PIERCE'S WORD FOR AUSTIN AND THE STATE OF TEXAS

June 20, 2002,

Chuck Pierce:

"So I’m going to have tell you what I saw when Barbara (Wentroble) was prophesying. And it was a clear picture. It was like a vision flashed before me.

I saw hail start coming from heaven. And it was coming. I saw our state (Texas) and I saw hail start to fall in the state.

And I said, Lord what are you showing me here?

A SIGN OF HAIL UPON THE STATE OF TEXAS

And the spirit of God said I am sending a sign of hail upon this state [Texas] Now hear me, now write this down because we’re people that don’t understand signs and we don’t know how to move in signs. And He said I’m sending, I’m going to start sending a sign of hail on this state in the next two months.

He said-- when you see hail fall in your city, know that it is time for the heavens and the atmosphere to change. He said when you see the hail fall in your city, go to each four gates of the city. I’ll show you the right leaders, I’ll show you the right structure to take, for it will mean that it is time for government to change in that city. And I would say to you not only go to the gates of the city but when you get to the gates declare that the government of that city will begin to shake. Declare it will shake first in My kingdom, then declare the shaking will continue into the civil arena.

And He said also at that time declare where hell on earth has controlled your city, declare to hell --that the hail from heaven is a change that it is losing, {it} is a sign that is about to lose it’s authority in your city. Declare it is a time for change and that everything hell is holding captive in your city, the resources both physical as well as material that have been held back and robbed from the church, declare that both will start being let go. This is a key time. I am changing the atmosphere of heaven even now over this state. Watch for the changing and watch for the signs and move accordingly saith the Lord.

LOOK FOR SIGNS OVER YOUR OWN STATE

Now if you’re not from this state, I believe God is very efficient and He knows why He brought you here to hear that. I can’t say that I saw hail in other states. I can’t say I saw that in other states, but I want to say this. I know that if you’re in here, God wants you to know that there IS a certain sign that you need to be looking for over that state because things are beginning to change across this nation like never before.

DON'T MISS THE SIGNS

Matter of fact, in these forty days we’re going to see great shaking going on. I prophesied that. I prophesied that in Indiana and it started to shake. When we were in Minneapolis at the end of the month I said when you see, I said as a sign you will see that your government is about to change in this state. When that happens it will happen publicly, and it is a sign to this nation. And I would say to you, when it happens get ready for it. It is the time for you to move here in Minnesota. Jesse Ventura has been in the news the last two days.

Now what I want to say is, Don’t miss the signs.

During these forty days I’m praying three ways for us. . .

ADDRESS THE SPIRIT OF INFIRMITY

1. I’m praying that spirits of infirmity that have weakened us as the body of Christ will be exposed and we’ll learn how they’re working in our lives personally, and we’ll learn how they’re working corporately in the land that we’re apart of. And we’ll be able to break the handshake of infirmity. Because infirmity doesn’t mean just sickness, infirmity means weakness. What a spirit of infirmity does is try to weaken you in such a way that you can’t stand and accomplish what God wants you to accomplish in a time frame. It’s as if this spirit needs to be addressed right now in the body of Christ.

FINANCIAL RELEASE

2. The second thing I’m praying for is a financial release in God’s people, supernatural. I’m praying for marketplace people, those people that God has positioned in the marketplace. I’m praying for an alignment between the church and the marketplace. And then I’m praying for a supernatural release of finances that will start shaking the kingdom in a new way.

BECOMING A SUPERNATURAL PEOPLE

3. And then the third way I’m praying right now is….well, let me pray about that before I share it. {I say this} because there’s another way God is having me pray for us that I believe is very, very important for us so we are able to recognize the evil that is around is and understand how supernaturally it is working in our midst. And so to do that we’re going to have to become a supernatural people.

In that 2000 prophesy that I gave in October saying that we would be at war I’ve had to go back and look at it because it was so specific and there’s so many things that are happening with it right now. One of the things God said in that prophesy is that He would start judging our nation state by state by state, starting in February 2002. . .

He would judge it based upon two issues.

1. How we gather together and worship corporately because worship is the key to what we accomplish in days ahead. He said He would be looking to how states gather together in meetings even like this to worship.

JUDGMENT BASED ON ABORTION

2. The next thing that He said-- He said because He was going to judge this nation based upon the abortion issue starting in Feb 2000. Now if you’ve ever fallen into the trap of that, I know the pain of that. Don’t get under condemnation. All you have to do is ask for forgiveness and God can cleanse you of all that.

Abortion is a terrorist act on the unborn.

The Lord said that starting on Feb 1st He was going to start dealing with it in this land. And if we would worship we would be able to overthrow it in our state. And if we would acknowledge life and life abundantly, and how it begins, life would spring forth in our midst. If we did not deal with this issue it would allow terrorism (keep in mind this was back in 2000) to begin to have a root in the places that we wouldn’t deal with this on and we would see a manifestation of that and we would see fire break out.

PRESIDENT BUSH SPEAKS ON WOMEN'S RIGHTS

So I want to say to you it’s very important that we understand this because I’ve watched since February the 1st, President Bush declare that now it was a woman’s right to protect her unborn child. That is huge that that occurred on February the 1st.

Now states are having to respond to that declaration.

States that are responding positively, the spirit of God is beginning to move greatly in their midst and the people of God are beginning to see that’s happening. States that aren’t responding, fire is coming in their midst. Now hear me in that. Now I want to say to you it is very, very important that we understand this. We don’t like the word judgment, and I don’t like the word judgment, but you can look at it as providential chastisement, that God wants to get us on course, that He loves us enough to try to get us on course so we’re protected. And I believe right now like never before that we must be protected.

AUSTIN, WATCH THE WATCH TOWER

Now another thing I heard the Lord say for this city Austin is: "watch the watch tower." He said that while she was prophesying. Watch the watch tower because there’s a strategy concerning that watch tower that is very, very important that we begin to watch. And it represents a timing anointing for this particular state. But it’s like it’s an assignment not for this state, but it’s an assignment as a key when you hear the watch tower coming into focus.

SPECIFIC WORDS REGARDING MORMONISM, JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES AND MUSLIMS

It’s an assignment that God is about to do two things.

1.He is about to focus us to pray for our President immediately. The minute you hear that come into focus. You get on your knees if you’re in the grocery store and pray for our President.

2. It’s a sign that He’s going to deal with false religious structures in this land and break and expose some of them. And many will start getting liberated out of false religion. That includes Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witness, and Muslim structure.

God can save the Muslim people. But there’s a religious spirit that’s so deep in that particular structure that it’s very, very dangerous as all religious spirits are dangerous. The ones that we allow to operate are dangerous. So we just want to know that these are key, key times for us.

AUSTIN, THE FIRST CITY OF TRUE TRANSFORMATION?

Another thing is I gave a word on December the 8th concerning Austin. I just reread that word. What it said was that something was going on in this city and if you would start having prayer meetings once a month for eight months you would start seeing some change in the city. This city was once prophesied in Argentina (many of you know that I have been in and out of Argentina since the early 90’s) It was prophesied this would be the first city of true transformation in our nation.

And that came from some of the Argentines. And yet every time this city starts moving forward, it’s as if scattering occurs and there’s a stop put on it. I want to tell you it could be that God is saying right now it is time for this city to move forward and that this city itself will be a sign to our nation one way or the other. Now what I want us to understand is the light’s about to get lighter and the dark’s about to get darker.

Austin-watch the month of August, particularly August 16th, make sure the Spirit of God is here. December is also a key time."
