While asleep in my home in Franklin, TN two nights ago, I was awakened by the audible voice of the Lord in the middle of the night. The Holy Spirit said to me, "You must pray for the salvation of Israel."

The voice was clear and a sense of urgency was in the air.

Of course, we are all aware of the escalation of violence in the Middle East. But this word, cut to the core of all the political issues.

LET US KEEP TWO THINGS CLEAR

----------------------------

1) This is a real war with high stakes. The demonic prince of Persia has always hated the Jewish people and God's purposes among them. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness! We must realize that the goal of Islam is not to stop until the national entity of Israel is destroyed. We must pray for the "salvation of Israel."

In my book Exodus Cry, I State how I was told on Easter morning 1999, that the "Hunters" would be released in 18 months. To the very day, the "Hunters" (Jeremiah 16:14-16) have been released 18 months later and that is when this present violence began which has now already lasted 18 months. We must pray for the salvation of Israel.

"THE HUNTERS HAVE BEEN RELEASED"

On the morning of the twin towers destruction, again the voice of the Lord came to me saying, "The Hunter's have just been released." I did not know what this was in reference to for that morning.

Then later I went and turned on the TV and saw that New York City - the Big Apple - had been hit! (Is it any wonder that NYC is called the Big Apple when Zech 2:8 declares that Israel is the "apple of God's eye and that NYC is the largest Jewish City in the world?!)

2) We must also keep in the midst of our hearts something very clear and simple - apart from the Messiah Jesus - no man will come into the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus is the Jewish and Gentile Messiah. He is the one and only Savior of all mankind. So, therefore, if you do not know how to pray at this hour, I urge you to join in with me and lift up a cry for "The Salvation of Israel".

"PRAY FOR THE BLINDERS TO FALL OFF"

------------------------------------

Pray that the blinders will fall off their eyes and they will behold the beauty of our glorious Lord Jesus Christ and call out on His name to save them.

(This of course, is true for crying out for the Arab peoples as well. For all mankind. Let us lift up a cry for "their salvation." Eternity is at stake!)

Pray for the Believer's in the Land

I have also just received an e-mail from my dear Messianic friend Richard Glickstein in Finland who serves the Jewish people. In it he quoted a scripture:

"As for saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight." Psalm 16.3

Let us lift up a cry for all the believers in the land called Israel and the surrounding nations of the Middle East. Let us cry out for God's protection and mercy on their behalf. They are glorious in the Lord's sight! Pray for their salvation!

It is Time to Arise and Mount the Walls

"Come apart. Yes, come apart with the Lord for a season. Seek Him during this hour. It is an hour of turmoil and an hour a great transition in the nations and in the church -- the body of the Messiah. It is an hour of changing of garments from the old to the new. It is time to take new land, not just maintain what we have attained or even getting back to what we once possessed in God. It is time to arise and mount the walls of intercession and call upon Him who saves and redeems."

"Oh give us help against the adversary,

For deliverance by man is in vain.

Through God we shall do valiantly;

And it is He who will tread down our adversaries." Psalms 108:12, 13
