Then fear came upon every soul, and many signs and wonders were done through the apostles.” --------------------------------------------- REVELATORY TEACHING: "APOSTOLIC BIRTHMARKS" By Jim Goll --------------------------------------------- Every where I go, I am bringing this message. It is a “now word” from the Lord. The following are eight points I am listing out for you. These are not comprehensive or even listed out in a order of priorities. Many others points can easily be added (community, evangelism etc.). These are simply the ones the Lord has me emphasizing at this time. (Get the two tape album on Apostolic Birthmarks for the complete teaching.) 1) Team Ministry - Acts 13:1-3 2) Restoration of David’s Tabernacle - Amos 9:11 3) Joining of the Generations - Ps 144:12 4) Care for the Poor - Acts 11:27-29 5) Celebrations in His House - Lev 23 6) The Healing Stream - Ez 47 7) God’s Heart for Israel - Zech 2:8 8) Apostolic Faith - Heb 11: 1, 2 ----------------------------------------- BLAST FROM THE PAST: A Vision of a Child ----------------------------------------- Recently while ministering in Colorado Springs, CO, I was shown in a vision a child that had just been born. But this child had a birthmark on its face. It was so noticeable that you could not even attempt to hide it. The birthmark started at the center of the forehead and then formed two individual lines and crossed like a V through each eye. Then there was a line that went across the nose to join in with the inverted V. This took the form of the letter “A”. As I pondered on this, I thought about the letter “A” referring to the alpha meaning beginning. Then I realized it was an “Apostolic Birthmark”. A beginning of apostolic proportions is upon the church. Realize it is a child that has just been born - not fully formed or developed. So let’s welcome the “new child” and yet let’s give it grace and time to develop and mature. But please realize, as this child grows, it will shake the equilibrium of the church! --------------------------------- PROPHETIC PROSPECTIVE: A Confirming Voice- Graham Cooke ---------------------------------- “Sometimes the biggest threat to a new move is not the old one that is not working, but the move that is still working and doing well.” (Quote taken from the excellent book A Divine Confrontation by Graham Cooke.) ----------------------------------- TARGET PRACTICE: Points for Prayer ----------------------------------- 1) Begin praying the Prayers of the apostles as found in the Epistles over your life and over your city and it’s leaders - both secular and spiritual. 2) Call forth a parallel movement of apostolic intercession to under gird the new apostolic reformation taking place around the global body of Christ. 3) Call forth God’s order to be established in your region. Pray that Watchmen on the Walls and Gatekeepers of the City will walk together. 4) Pray for authentic, abandoned apostolic teams and streams to emerge which will shake the equilibrium in the church. 5) Pray that God gives the leaders in your sphere His heart for unity and the hunger for a powerful move of God for His one church in their region. ----------------------------------------- AN EXHORTATION AND PRAYER FROM THE HEART ------------------------------------------ IN THE NAME OF THE LORD, I BOLDLY AND HUMBLY CALL FOR THE EXODUS CRY, A YEARLY, THREE DAY TIME OF PRAYER AND FASTING CORRESPONDING WITH PURIM. May this time of crisis intervention prayer and fasting for the purposes of God amongst the Jewish people and the actions of Israel arise until Jerusalem is established as a praise in the earth” (Is. 62:6,7). I have a challenge for all who read this Vision Cast Communiqué: Whose supplications will be heard? Who will lift up their voice to fill up a golden bowl in heaven (see rev. 5:8)? Will you join me?
