What is the intentional will of God for you in this prophetic word? His will is always in His word. It is important that we see our prophecies as through the eyes of God Himself. Imagine looking through a telescope; we get two different views depending on the lens. Prophecy is like this also. There is the broad view, which gives an overview, a big picture outlook of God's overall intention. Then there is the narrow view, which enables us to focus on specific areas to concentrate on what the Lord is saying and doing in a particular issue. ---------------------- WHAT IS GOD'S AGENDA? --------------------- Examine the key words and concepts that are contained within the word. Look at the Isaiah prophecy. There are at least 15 key words and concepts enshrined. Lets look at just a few, and get an idea of what they mean. Then do your own study. _____________________________________________________________________ GOOD NEWS: news: Too good to be true? Above what we ask or think. PROCLAMATION: A loud shout from Heaven. Hear it, how it is spoken! FAVOR: Unprecedented and unparalleled. See the nature of God in it! VENGEANCE: Pay back! Turn the tables on the enemy. Condemned to Victory! INSTEAD OF: Replacement. Give something up to gain something better. ______________________________________________________________________ ----------------------------------- NEW IDENTITIES FOR YOU ARE FORMING ----------------------------------- Also there are new identities forming within the prophecy. What might be showing up in your life in this next season? Key words here are Repairer, Rebuilder, Raising up, Priests, Ministers, Wealthy and Double Portion. What might these mean specifically for you in the next stage of your journey? These key words and their meanings have very significant implications for us in this new season. At least we should learn to be filled, delighted, confident and engaged with God in an increased faith-filled perspective. This is God's agenda. **What is it that the Lord most wants to change in you at this time? **What is it that the Holy Spirit most wants to release to you, in you, through you? -------------- WRITE IT DOWN -------------- Write down your big picture and the narrow focus that tells you the area God will concentrate on first. Where is your prime place of breakthrough? If you tackle that first, gain the victory then you will have an increase of faith and anointing for the next thing. Move as quickly as the Holy Spirit requires! -------------------- REQUIREMENTS OF MAN -------------------- Firstly we need to gain in confidence at this time; to forget the past and press on for the prize. God is not a liar. His intention releases His action. Growing in faith is one of His objectives for you. What you gain in faith for yourself will also become the strength of your ministry to others. Cultivate a child-like simplicity - "God says it, I believe it, which settles it!" --------------------------- ACTIVELY LOOK FOR HIS FAVOR --------------------------- We need an intuitive, instinctively simple faith response that believes the best about God and His nature towards us. Actively looking for favor and living in expectation. This will enable us to become more God conscious, walking in eager anticipation of the goodness of the Lord. This faith will cause us to come into alignment with the Holy Spirit as we put our will to work. When we focus our intent upon Gods intent we are automatically positioning ourselves before Him in faith. Out of this dynamic of trust, praise and thanksgiving (always the will of God for our lives!) can emerge as a powerful thrust of Spirit-filled favor. -------------------------------------------------------------- START EVERY DAY WITH PRAISE -- PRAISE IS VITAL TO GOD'S FAVOR -------------------------------------------------------------- Starting every day with praise. "Thank you Lord that I have favor today in your sight!" Praise is vital to favor. Some of our issues may take some time to move. Habits may take a time to break. Vengeance may be slow but it will come as our favor gradually takes hold of our lives at a deeper level. ----------------------------------------- USE FAVOR TO CHALLENGE WHAT IS HAPPENING ----------------------------------------- Use your favor to challenge your circumstances (1 Tim.1:18) do not let your circumstances challenge your favor. Persist with praise! Have a praise plan. In this context we can and will renew our minds. 90% of our spirituality begins in our head. We are transformed by the renewing of our mind. Think through the implication of God's favor on your life and lifestyle. Some thought patterns need a Godly alternative. We must counter any thoughts that are negative and unproductive. Any thought that does not release the Holy Spirit or faith must be taken captive. ----------------------------------- HOW WE SPEAK OF OTHERS MUST CHANGE ----------------------------------- When this begins to happen our language gets adjusted. The way we think and speak about God is absolutely critical to our spiritual development. How we talk about people, circumstances and ourselves must change. Prove you are free! Reject mediocrity as a lifestyle. Come to a place of no return. Don't settle for less than fullness. If you are sensible, don't go through this by yourself. Get into small groups of three or four people. Take responsibility for someone else's breakthrough and you will get one yourself! Give and it shall be given. Create a buddy system where you can bless, encourage and stand with one another to find God, develop good habits, rediscover faith and cultivate a new and more powerful relationship with the Holy Spirit. ----------------------------- MOVE IN THE OPPOSITE SPIRIT ----------------------------- Finally, here is an exercise for your friends and you. Take several issues which may be currently against you or for which you need a more solid faith approach. Learn to move in the opposite spirit. What would that look like? Write a faith goal and praise plan for those circumstances. Listen to the Lord and meditate on what God's favor might be for you in these situations. Write it out as a proclamation and declare it over yourself. Let your buddies declare it over you and allow yourself to be held to the faith within it. Become accountable to your friends for your breakthrough. They will hopefully push you into a new position in Christ so that you demonstrate the freedom that God has set aside for you in these circumstances. Enjoy yourself!!! -------------------------------- YOUR AUTHORITY IN GOD WILL GROW -------------------------------- As your anointing grows so will your authority in God. So that you can move from a place where you have been robbed, to gain freedom and become a ministry that can rob the enemy. This is where favor and vengeance combine in the spirit throughout our lives. This is where the incredible grace of God will release us into His very presence. May you have a year of unprecedented and unparalleled favor of God, so that in twelve months the Holy Spirit will have trained you to live in the Presence and Power of the Almighty God!!!
