Jan 15-20 See Below] Recently I attended a meeting and the speaker was teaching from Zechariah 4. I saw myself standing before the throne. It was etched in my spirit that this was not only for me, but it’s a new place that God wants to bring the end-time church. I realize that the prophetic is so much more than words of knowledge, dreams and visions! Beyond that there is a place of standing in the counsel of God in the heavenlies. It is not just a realm of visitation, it is also an experiential reality of our eternal habitation. During this experience, I felt like I was going to have a “heart attack” in the Spirit. I felt an eternal destiny and awakening in my being … an internal explosion and implosion at the same time. It was like a shift came in the realm of visitation and glory. I believe it was an eternal stamping of God’s purposes on my life. I was shocked by the experience but I was unable to share most of it when it was happening. I felt trapped and wanted to run out of the room to get with God and go into what I perceived was the beginning of a visitation. --------------------------- STANDING BEFORE THE THRONE --------------------------- A few days later, at another meeting, the vision became even more alive to me. I saw myself once again standing before the Lord in the throne room. It was a compelling glimpse of the coming days and the place He will bring us to. This is something I have waited for all my life but have only dreamed of the fulfillment actually taking place this on side of heaven. It was a place of beholding Him in raging beauty and terrible holiness, yet deep friendship and intimate knowledge … standing before Him face-to-face with such indescribable aching and longing in my heart. I saw myself covered in a realm of smoky glory and light and understood that it was not only for me, but it represented the prophetic/apostolic end-times leadership. There was a living staircase – where heaven and earth connect – with angels ascending and descending, bringing fresh mandates from the throne for us to deliver to cities and nations. As a prophetic people, we need to be so consumed and focused on Him that titles, money, or position do not have any power to tempt us. I kept hearing the words, “As I stand before the Lord whom I serve.” I saw a company of people who will love not their lives, even unto death, but they will gladly give themselves to Him for His testimony and glory in the earth and the heavens. Nothing mattered but the awesome beauty and majesty of His presence in transcendent, fiery union with our weak, dull hearts. ---------------------- A PROPHETIC CHALLENGE ---------------------- The experience that I have shared with you has left me with a new sense of purpose and mission to know Him more intimately. My heart cries out for ever-deepening encounters with Him in the secret place. In these times of crisis, each of us in the body of Christ need to take the first commandment to heart to “love the Lord your God with all your heart.” In that place of pressing in and seeking His face, He will give us fresh revelation and strategies for the end times that are coming upon us. ----------------- THE SECRET PLACE ----------------- The Lord’s desire is to see the prophetic operate from within the throne room. He wants each of us to seek Him out and stand before Him. In that intimate place, He will give us radical words that will rock the world with signs wonders and miracles following. During this vision, the Lord also impressed on my heart the scriptures of Daniel 9.
