Dontrell is a seer who has a track record of seeing profoundly and accurately. God is raising him up as a young Samuel to bring reformation and a greater equipping of the prophetic to the Body of Christ.
Dontrell has a desire to build and raise up healthy companies and communities of prophets and seers in the Body of Christ. He carries a governmental anointing to speak to the nations, and he carries the heart of the Father. He is a voice to listen to in this hour. In a recent vision I saw an eagle. While I was watching, the eagle's wings began to stretch open. I thought to myself, within the vision, "What does this mean, Lord?"
Gathering the Eagles
Then the word of Lord came to me, saying, "I shall gather My eagles in this hour from east to west, from left to right. They shall move by the winds of My Spirit. I shall cause My eagles to arise and soar in this hour, as they glow with the radiant glow of My glory! They shall stretch forth their wings during this time to be a sign unto all humanity, and cause great reformation in the earth. I will pick them up from the place of obscurity – the ashes of the past – and cause their hope to arise once again, as I the Lord drop them down in various places (the valleys and highways) to do something that has never been done before."
"But those who wait for the LORD [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] will gain new strength and renew their power; they will lift up their wings [and rise up close to God] like eagles [rising toward the sun]; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not grow tired." (Isaiah 40:31 AMP)
No More Limitations
"In their wings I've placed another measure of endurance, strength and wisdom that they did not have in the previous seasons. I'm giving them the speed of lightning and mantling them with the mantle of 'NO MORE LIMITATIONS,' as the eagles of the Lord stretch open their wings. They will mount up in splendor, hitting their targets. Never again shall they be put to shame, as I elevate them, promote them and exalt them for their willingness and faithfulness.
"Haven't I told you before that promotion doesn't come from the east, nor the west nor the south, but it comes from the Lord? Yes, for indeed I will increase the stability, mobility and passion of My eagles as I fortify them and bring them up and built them up among their ranks!"
"For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and setteth up another." (Psalm 75:6-7 KJV)
"As an eagle that protects its nest, that flutters over its young, He spread out His wings and took them, He carried them on His pinions.

A New Formation of the Eagles
Get ready for a reordering and a new formation of the eagles aligning themselves together. The Lord will bring them from the deep pits of affliction and display them as His own. God will recognize them as His new generals in preparation for His end-time army that shall emerge.
Are you ready? As you eagles open up and stretch forth your wings during this season, get ready for a saturation of glory. You will burn even brighter for the King of glory. This is the season and month of the "stretching of the eagles' wings"!
"You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I carried you on eagles' wings, and brought you to Myself." (Exodus 19:4 AMP)
"As often as the trumpet sounds he says, 'Aha!' And he smells the battle from far away, and senses the thunder of the captains and the war cry. 'Is it by your understanding that the hawk soars, stretching his wings toward the south [as winter approaches]? Is it at your command that the eagle mounts up and makes his nest on high [in an inaccessible place]? On the cliff he dwells and remains [securely], upon the point of the rock and the inaccessible stronghold. From there he spies out the prey; his eyes see it from far away. His young ones suck up blood; and where the slain are, there is he.'" (Job 39:25-30 AMP)
